Joseph and Micheleen London's journey into the catering food business is rooted in years of experience and a deep passion for food. After being frequently called upon to prepare meals for various events and spending years meal prepping for their own lunches, they decided to turn their love for cooking into a business. In late October 2024, they officially launched their catering venture, building on their strong foundation of culinary experience.
Joseph, a seasoned restaurateur, had already achieved notable success in the industry by the age of 22. He owned and operated two restaurants: Po-boy Delivery and Cafe in 1999, and De'Londons Restaurant in 2001. These early ventures provided him with valuable insights into running a restaurant and preparing quality meals for a wide variety of customers. Now, with his wife Micheleen by his side, the couple is bringing their expertise and passion for food to the catering world, offering delicious and customized meal options for all types of events.
